Privacy information

Last updated July 16, 2026

This page explains the website data used by MNB Security and Communications when someone reviews our services, requests a commercial project review, or signs in to the client portal.

Project enquiries

The project-review form collects the contact and commercial project details you choose to provide, such as your name, company, email, phone number, project city, system interests, and a high-level scope. Please do not submit access credentials, floor plans, alarm codes, or other sensitive security information through this form.

We use enquiry information to review the opportunity, respond to you, coordinate a suitable next step, and maintain the protected lead record used by MNB. The website stores the submission in the platform database and uses a transactional email service to notify MNB.

Attribution and cookies

On public marketing pages, the website can keep a first-touch session cookie containing a normalized page path, permitted campaign tags, and the referring site's origin. It does not store the full referring URL, invitation links, login URLs, portal paths, or arbitrary query parameters for marketing attribution.

The client portal uses authentication cookies when an authorized user signs in. This website does not load Google Analytics, Plausible, or another third-party visitor analytics script.

Service providers and retention

Website hosting, database, authentication, and transactional email providers process data only as needed to operate these functions. MNB does not sell project-enquiry information. Records may be kept as needed to manage an enquiry, provide service, maintain security and backups, or meet applicable business and legal obligations.

To ask a privacy question or request a review of information linked to your enquiry, email [email protected] or call (647) 995-4215. You can also return to the project-review form.
