Industries we work in

We work on commercial, industrial, institutional and multi-residential buildings. Each kind of building asks for something a little different; here is what usually comes up.

Offices and retail

Tenant floors, storefronts and stock rooms, usually inside a building that already has a security standard.

What usually comes up

  • Card access on suite entrances, server rooms and back doors, matched to the base-building platform
  • Storefront doors with electric strikes or deadlatches, exit devices, door contacts and request-to-exit
  • Cameras on entrances, stock rooms and cash areas, aimed and set up with you
  • Intrusion alarms with keypads and panic buttons, with monitoring available through a monitoring partner
  • Certified Cat6 for cameras, access points and the office network

Small sites where the front door matters most, often several centres run by one operator.

What usually comes up

  • Cameras on entrances, halls and outdoor play areas
  • A video intercom at the front door, so staff see who is there before letting them in
  • Fob entry for staff
  • The same setup at every centre, so each one works the same way
