For contractors and integrators

Network and IT rollout firms, electrical contractors, alarm companies and integrators with a security scope to deliver: we take the security scopes you can’t self-perform.

GTA, and southern Ontario when the job warrants it.

What we take on

From card readers and electrified door hardware to intrusion, intercom and cameras, with the conduit, cable and fibre behind them. We work from engineered drawings, program and commission.

  • Built to engineered drawings
  • Programming, testing and closeout
  • Labels, as-builts and certified cable tests

How we price it

Labour-only on equipment you supply, or labour and materials. Quotes are itemized by labour, technicians and materials.

What to send us

Drawings and schedules can follow by email. To start, we need:

  • The scope of work
  • The city the site is in
  • The timing
  • Who supplies the equipment
  • Which part you want us to take on

Agreed before rough-in.

Before any cable is pulled, we agree with you who supplies and who installs each part of the scope, so nothing is found missing at the door.

  • Door hardware
  • Pathways and conduit
  • Cable
  • Panels
  • Devices
  • Network
  • Programming
  • Testing

What gets handed over.

Every job finishes with closeout documents you can pass straight on with your own.

  • Labels

Conductors, ports and faceplates marked with labels that last, and photographed.

  • Cable test files

Cat6 and Cat6A certification reports and OTDR traces for fibre, with the native data files.

  • As-built drawings

Redlined drawings recording the final device locations and conduit pathways.

  • Switch and port records

Patch panel assignments, and which device is on which switch port.

Have a scope to hand off?

Tell us the scope, the site city, the timing, who supplies the equipment and which part you want us to take on.
