Yes. Commercial structured-cabling scopes can include general network outlets, telecom-room work, PoE infrastructure, and cabling for other connected building systems when clearly defined in the project scope.

Yes. The required test method and deliverables are established with the project team, and completed runs are labelled and tested as part of turnover.
